How do I select the shipping charges

That is very easy, look for the yellow buckets alligned with a price on top. Hover over the prices. Click on the bucket of your choice. Remember select the largest contribution that your budget allows. The bigger the contribution the faster the bucket will be filled. Once a bucket is filled up, the price of the shipping cost is this bucket price.
